My Nan was someone who could be described with many words; kind, loving, no-nonsense and many more. The word I use to describe her would be self-assured. She would know what she wants, what she would have to do to get it and would take no lip from anyone. I’ll always remember the laughs we had and the times my Nan would make a crude yet comical remark or when something bad happened she would always find a way to turn it into something we can laugh about. Rest in peace Nan, and may you be at peace making cheeky remarks about everything we do to the rest of the family up there xoxoxoxo
